Rolland Dion (born 5 July 1938 in Saint-Raymond, Quebec) is the mayor of Saint-Raymond, Quebec. He is a former Liberal party member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was a businessman by career.
He won the riding of Portneuf in the 1979 federal election and was re-elected there in 1980. Dion was defeated by Marc Ferland of the Progressive Conservative party. He served in the 31st and 32nd Canadian Parliaments.
